WE hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness -- That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance of these United States; and such is now the Necessity which constrains them to alter their current Systems of Government. The History of the present President and of the present Congress is a History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States and peoples. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World.
He may have engaged in the most monumental Constitutional upheaval since the ratification of the US Constitution by lying to the people as to his natural born citizen requirement to be President and has spent millions of dollars to keep the truth secret from the American people.
He has severely gone against the will of the overwhelming majority of the people not to pass legislation for the spending of trillions of dollars on non-economy stimulating partisan programs and anchored our future generations in insurmountable and unsustainable debt without even reading it.
He has imposed numerous taxes on us against the will of the people.
He has consistently given special interest groups billions of tax payer’s dollars to advance his political agenda against the will of the people.
He has taken the people’s hard earned wealth and redistribute it to others who are able bodied but unwilling to support themselves and families against the will of the people.
He has created unconstitutional political positions for the oversight of the country’s economy known as “Czars” who are beholden only to him without oversight of the Congress or the people which gives him unprecedented executive powers over the government and the people.
He has punished those who practice responsible financial behavior and rewarded those who do not against the will of the people.
He has refused to stop, apprehend and deport the flow of millions of illegal immigrants into our country against the will of the people.
He has championed imposing a carbon tax on your electricity, gas and home heating fuels even though he has acknowledged that our energy costs would "necessarily sky-rocket" against the will of the people.
He is manipulating the American people into accepting his Universal Healthcare as necessary through scare tactics and unfounded statistical information against the will of the people.
With full knowledge of the above stated facts, let the whole world be a witness that the Congress has perpetrated the abject insubordination of the will of the people and allowed the usurpations of power to go forth unjustly and with impunity and is therefore negligent of their duties and solemn oath to "support, uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States".
These actions by both the Congress and the President are reason enough to charge them with treason and “high crimes and misdemeanors” and shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of Constitutional law.
