What is right in the face of tyranny?

Believe me, if you know me personally you know that I understand what “classified” means…However, with that said, all 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence were also called “traitors”…not only among the British, but among some colonists as well. They risked their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to do what history has shown was right in the face of tyranny.

After these “traitors” won their revolution against tyranny, 39 of the 70 delegates went further and signed the law of the land, the Constitution. Among the valued principals enshrined in this document is the 4th amendment…

”The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

No matter what ANY politician says…unwarranted information gathering is UNCONSTITUTIONAL…period. As one of the Declaration of Independence signers, Benjamin Franklin said…” Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety”. We are witnessing a monumental time in our nation’s history unfold before our very eyes…What side of history are you on?
